For every non-perishable food item (canned or boxed) donated we will give you a Smile Reward point on HUB.
Unlimited donations can be made but a maximum of 15 points per patient. Donated items will be accepted in our Buffalo Grove and Highland Park offices starting December 1, 2011 through December 30, 2011.
